- Persons who do not have the right to purchase auctioned assets in accordance with the law applicable to that type of property.
2. Auction registration participants must have all necessary papers together with the application for registration to participate in the auction:
- In case of individual: A copy of the identity card / identity card, or Power of attorney and a copy of the identity card / identity card of the authorized representative in case of authorizing another person to participate in the auction. price;
- In case the organization registers to participate in the auction:

3. Property auction participants must pay the deposit directly or into the account of Vu Anh Private Auction Company within the stipulated time."
