1. The auction is conducted in the following order:
- Before starting the auction, the auction organization's representative shall conduct roll call and verify the status of asset auction participants; Invite the Auctioneer to run the auction.
- At the beginning of the asset auction, the auctioneer who runs the auction does the following:
+ Introduce yourself, your maid, announce the list of auction participants and take attendance to identify auction participants;
+ Read the Property Auction Regulations.
+ Introduce each auctioned asset;
+ Repeat the starting price;
- Auctioneers announce the price step and the maximum time interval between bids, instruct how to bid and answer questions of auction participants, repeat the starting price, ask participants Auction makes the bid.
- After each bid by an asset auction participant, the Auctioneer publicly announces the price paid and asks other auction participants to continue bidding.
- When the Auctioneer repeats the highest price paid 3 times, but there is no higher bidder, the auctioneer announces the highest bidder as the one who can buy the auctioned asset.
- In case of violation, the Auctioneer who runs the auction reminds those who violate the Regulations. If prompted for the third time, the auctioneer who runs the auction will make a record of violations of the code of conduct of auction participants.
2. Note:
During the auction, auction participants must ensure:
- Maintain public order;
- Do not drink alcohol, beer, do not smoke, use other stimulants, ..
- Do not use mobile phones;
- Do not talk privately, pay attention and follow the Auctioneer's management."
